thirza kotzen

I was born in Johannesburg, South Africa in 1953. I studied painting and printmaking in Johannesburg, London, England and Eugene in the USA where in 1979 I received a Masters Degree in Fine Arts. Since then I have travelled, taught and exhibited widely. I live and work in London where I exhibit principally with the Curwen Gallery. I have won numerous awards and my paintings are in many public and private collections around the world.
